I think your service is absolutely DISGUSTING. After having multiple issues with my VEON TV which I paid for extended warranty and was assured by a staff member at Henderson Warehouse that my details were online and I would not need my receipt my TV eventually died. I had contacted you guys right in the beginning of purchase about the issues and there are so many bad reviews online for VEON.
Then after contacting you guys and speaking to MULTIPLE people over the space of four weeks, I was advised:
The Store in question would contact me to remedy it
I would be able to speak to Veon to remedy it
A regional Manager would remedy it
And Head Office would remedy it.
Not a SINGLE one of those people remedied it, nor even took the courtesy of contacting me to say hey we won't be replacing or fixing your TV.
The WORST SERVICE I have ever received. I will be telling absolutely everyone I know about this, and writing poor reviews for the Warehouse online.
You can probably find multiple contacts from me on your system. What a joke you guys are.

Absolutely disastrous.
I bought a single item back in 2020, it's now been nearly 6 months and it has still not arrived. that wouldn't necessarily be a problem, except that I have sent the company five emails, none of which they have ever responded to. As far as I am concerned, they have stolen my money. Do not fall for this scam company.
I ordered gym equipments last month. Website said - order will be delivered by 7-10 business days And It’s February and I have still not received my order. Shipment is coming from Christchurch.. Overseas orders are way faster than ordering locally. Very bad
Do not buy a warehouse mobile simcard if you have and older Apple phone as their sim cards do not work in them.
They have been aware of this issue since the beginning and the only solution they offer when you have a problem is to go back, get a sim swap sim card, ring them and ask for the number to be transferred to that
This is stupid, inconvenient, and they offer no compensation
The technical side of this mobile company should have sorted this out long before now and should be ashamed of themselves

The support staff even answer the phone fast and help you well!
Bloody useless. No communication on click and collect items, quick to take my money but can't even get back to me??
An hour and 50mins later on the phone and still no answer.
Get your act together warehouse.
Do you not use their click and collect ,shocking communication .complete silence both times had to chase up try and find out where my orders were.they have no idea what they’re doing.
Appalling customer service even during COVID-19
Rang at 11.26 am on 05/05/2020 - message said there would be a delay of 35 mins. After 1 hour waiting I gave up. It also said it would be quicker to email them, yet I sent an email on 26th April and I am still waiting for a response. Worst customer services in N.Z.
If they are so busy and the economy is as it is, then why not employ more staff. This will help to stem the flow of complaints, help more customers. stop people going elsewhere, and benefit the business - no-brainer!
